Recover-Care is hiring an Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care to our residents. You will work with a team of healthcare professionals, mentored by charge and nursing leadership, in a supportive facility environment.

The role emphasizes medication administration, resident assessment, and adherence to company policies while maintaining compassionate care and professional reporting throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN license in good standing.
• Strong patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to work scheduled shift and adapt to needs.

Responsibilities

• Enhance clinical care and residents' quality of life while protecting rights.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered.
• Monitor residents daily for status and treatment adherence.
• Keep RN Supervisor informed about residents and staff matters.
• Implement changes as directed by supervisors and nurses.
• Provide professional nursing services per policy and procedures.
• Complete required charting and file documentation promptly.
• Give and receive shift reports and handoffs.
• Investigate complaints and document outcomes.
• Present a professional image in all interactions.
• Adhere to policies and standards.
