Job summary

Recover-Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide supervision of resident care across shifts and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Responsibilities include directing staff, performing clinical duties, and maintaining documentation.

The RN will oversee medication administration, admissions, discharges, and daily rounds, while upholding resident rights and delivering quality care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state where practicing.
• Ability to lead and supervise professional and nonprofessional staff.
• Proficient reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Complete RN record keeping forms upon admission, discharge, transfer, etc., and file in the resident’s chart.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents and coordinate transportation as needed.
