Job summary

Mercy Lebanon is seeking a registered nurse who will provide patient-focused care using the nursing process. The role requires maintaining patient rights and coordinating care with other departments, while upholding Mercy Service Standards and mission.

The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold an RN license for the hiring state or compact licensure, with BLS at minimum and other certifications as required by unit.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Graduate of a school of nursing (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• BLS certification or successful completion within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS/ALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, STABLE, C-EFM or other unit-specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Performs duties and responsibilities in alignment with Mercy mission and Service Standards.
