Mercy seeks a registered nurse to provide patient care using the nursing process, maintaining accountability and evaluating care effectiveness for assigned patients. You will coordinate patient care with other departments while upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

The position requires graduation from an accredited RN program, an active RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure, and compliance with state board requirements. BLS and unit-specific certifications may be required.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Maintain an active RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Basic Life Support certification; other unit-specific certifications may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers.
• Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Performs duties in a manner consistent with Mercy mission and standards.
