Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN) and maintain RN license.
• Current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure; meet state board requirements.
• Basic Life Support certification by the American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire.
• Additional certifications may be required (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC) depending on unit or role.
