Job summary

Mercy in Arkansas is seeking a registered nurse to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process. You will be accountable for your assigned patients and collaborate with care teams to coordinate treatment.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Graduate of a nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Basic Life Support certification before or within 30 days of hire.
• Additional unit-specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Evaluates effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
