Job summary

BMC in Boston, MA is hiring Registered Nurses to provide direct patient care across the health care continuum. You will perform nursing assessments, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes while coordinating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's degree or BSN; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and coordination of care for patients and families across the health care continuum.
• Accountability for clinical, educational, quality and fiscal patient care outcomes using the nursing department model and agency standards.
• Adherence to Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing rules and hospital policies.
