Job summary

Wellstar Health System seeks an RN Clinical Nurse to join an interdisciplinary care team in Georgia. You will deliver evidence-based, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced clinical setting under nurse managers and system governance.

Licensed RNs provide compassionate, high-quality care, align with professional standards and contribute to shared governance and outcomes. Day shifts are available in a hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or nursing diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active RN license required (single state or multi-state compact).
• BLS/ARC-BLS certification required at hire.
• Less than 1 year of completion from nursing program with clinical hours; direct patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice.
• Provide patient-centered care adapting to cultural diversity.
• Collaborate with patient and significant others in planning and education.
• Coordinate delivery of safe, high-quality care and document accurately.
• Support performance improvement and shared governance across the team.
