Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing – Preferred.
• RN licensure required (Single State) or RN‑COMPACT – multi-state.
• BLS – Basic Life Support or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years direct patient care experience.
• Promotes evidence-based practice and research.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process with evidence‑based care and effective partnership.
• Provides patient-centered care reflecting diversity and culture.
• Partners with patient and family using bedside reports and interdisciplinary rounds.
• Practices using current clinical practice standards.
• Coordinates delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care with inclusive teamwork.
