Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or nursing diploma; BSN preferred.
• Georgia RN license (single state) or RN-Compact valid.
• BLS certification required.
• Less than 1 year direct patient care experience; clinical hours required.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team; document accurately and timely.
• Participate in performance improvement and uphold governance, policies and safety standards.
