Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Georgia invites you to join our Day shift nursing team as a Registered Nurse. You will deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process, integrate evidence-based practice, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to achieve optimal outcomes while respecting cultural diversity.

You will coordinate care, document promptly, participate in performance improvement initiatives, and mentor peers in clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or diploma; BSN preferred.
• RN license in Georgia or multi-state compact.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred per requirements.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the specified area; computer/data entry and experience with Epic and 3M systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process to provide individualized clinical care.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care that respects diversity.
• Coordinate care through interdisciplinary rounds and bedside shift reports.
• Document care timely and maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in performance improvement and evidence-based practice activities.
