Good Samaritan Woodland in Brainerd, MN is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time day shift (6:00am–2:30pm) at a 42-bed facility. The RN provides individualized nursing care using the nursing process, collaborates with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team, and coordinates care across all phases of care.

Responsibilities include potential charge nurse duties and delegation of tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring safety and quality in alignment with state rules

Qualificações

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota.

Responsabilidades

• Use nursing process to provide individualized care to residents and coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks within scope of practice; ensure safe, reliable resident care.
