The role may serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring safe care, and adhering to state practice rules and ethical standards. MN RN license required; Bachelor's in nursing preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or multistate licensure (NLC).
• Maintains required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate resident care and assess needs with the care team.
• Serve as charge nurse and supervise licensed and unlicensed staff as needed.
• Ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and address concerns.
