Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor in Texas to lead in-home nursing services. The role requires supervising field nurses, conducting initial assessments, and ensuring care plans meet physician orders while maintaining compliance.

Travel within the assigned territory is required. The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, at least 1 year of hands-on nursing, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on nursing experience.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; able to pass MVR check.
• Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC).
• Willingness to supervise in-home skilled nursing care for all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing staff development.
• Conduct start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations; review physician orders and update care plans and documentation.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and validating clinical staff.
• Mentor field nurses to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Collaborate with operations and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
