Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to oversee in-home skilled nursing across a regional territory. This full-time role requires supervising nursing staff, conducting initial assessments, and ensuring compliant care plans.

Travel to patient homes is required, along with mentoring field nurses to deliver high-quality care. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training staff, reviewing orders, and coordinating with operations to maintain service

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on nursing experience.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass MVR check.
• Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC).
• Willingness to supervise in-home skilled nursing care for all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing staff development.
• Conduct start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations; review physician orders and update care plans and documentation.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and validating clinical staff.
• Mentor field nurses to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Collaborate with operations and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
