Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to lead a growing in-home care team. This full-time leadership role focuses on supervising field nurses, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliant, high-quality patient care throughout the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Willingness to supervise in-home skilled nursing care for all age groups.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; pass MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing staff development.
• Conduct start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations; review physician orders and update care plans.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and validating clinical staff.
• Mentor field nurses to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Collaborate with operations and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
