Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to oversee home health nursing care across the assigned territory in Texas. This Full-Time role emphasizes hands-on supervision, start-of-care assessments, and ongoing evaluations to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Travel to patient homes is required within the territory. You will manage staff development, participate in interviewing and training, and ensure regulatory compliance while contributing to patient-centric care

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on nursing experience.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass MVR check
• Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC)
• Willingness to supervise in-home skilled nursing care for all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing staff development
• Conduct start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations; review physician orders and update care plans
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and validating clinical staff
• Mentor field nurses to ensure high-quality care delivery
• Collaborate with operations and business teams
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies
