Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to lead in-home nursing services across a designated territory. The role combines hands-on clinical leadership with staff development and program oversight.

You will conduct start-of-care assessments, supervise field nurses, review care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance while mentoring teams for high‑quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on nursing experience.
• Willingness to supervise in-home skilled nursing care for all age groups.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing staff development.
• Conduct start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations; review physician orders and update care plans.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and validating clinical staff.
• Mentor field nurses to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Collaborate with operations and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.

Qualifications
