Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to lead in-home skilled nursing services across our client’s nationwide network. This full-time role requires managing casework, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Travel to patient homes within the assigned territory is required; you will participate in start-of-care assessments, develop care plans, mentor field nurses, and collaborate with operations to maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on nursing experience.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass MVR check.
• Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC).
• Willingness to supervise in-home skilled nursing care for all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing staff development
• Conduct start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations; review physician orders and update care plans and documentation
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and validating clinical staff
• Mentor field nurses to ensure high-quality care delivery
• Collaborate with operations and business teams
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies
