MaineHealth is seeking an RN Clinical Practice Team Lead to supervise assigned staff within the designated work areas and ensure quality patient care. This role supports nursing practice, patient safety, and workflow optimization in a collaborative environment.
The position requires an accredited nursing education, Maine RN licensure or eligibility, and BLS certification with a 30-day start window. Two years of RN experience with supervisory exposure is preferred in this leadership role.

The pay range for this position is $83,324.80to $112,736.00per year.
Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
