Job summary

MaineHealth Neurology - Biddeford is seeking a Clinical RN Supervisor to join a growing neurology team. The role involves supervising staff, mentoring nurses, and supporting daily operations under the Clinical Manager’s guidance.

This is a leadership position offering opportunities to shape workflows and patient care within a close-knit practice. Qualified candidates will have RN licensure in Maine, a BSN preferred, and at least two years of RN experience, with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing. BSN preferred.
• License: Current State of Maine Nursing License or eligible for Maine licensure. BLS cert required or within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned staff in nursing operations.

Summary:

The Supervisor - Clinical RN role is responsible for supervising assigned staff within the assigned work areas(s).

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required. BSN preferred.
2. License/Certifications: Current State of Maine Nursing License or eligible for licensure to practice in Maine. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
3. Experience: Two years of RN experience required. Experience in area of specialty may be required. Supervisory experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $89,980.80to $121,721.60per year.
