Job summary

Ernest Health's Phoenix Regional Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Clinical Liaison to drive admissions in the Phoenix region. The role involves evaluating patients against admissions criteria, developing strategic plans, and conducting marketing calls to referral sources.

You will present the benefits of rehabilitation, build strong relationships in the territory, and represent the hospital's mission and guiding principles in daily practice.

Qualifications

• Current, valid, and active drivers’ license, proof of automobile insurance, and clean driving record required.
• 3 years healthcare experience preferred (healthcare sales experience preferred).
• Current, valid, and active clinical licensure required (RN, LVN/LPN, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Respiratory Therapist).
• Ability to travel in regional area on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine if they meet admissions criteria.
• Prepare development plans and conduct calls for potential referral sources.
• Present the benefits of rehabilitation to referral sources and integrate the hospital’s mission into daily practice.

Clinical Liaison - Full Time - Phoenix, Arizona

Phoenix Regional Rehabilitation Hospital (Phoenix, AZ)

is a premier, 48-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility serving patients across the Phoenix metro area. The hospital offers comprehensive rehabilitation programs designed to restore mobility, strength, and independence following serious medical events. Equipped with advanced therapy technology and supported by a multidisciplinary team of rehabilitation specialists, the hospital delivers evidence-based, patient-centered care. As a liaison, you will be responsible for evaluating patients and determining if they meet the admissions criteria in addition to preparing strategic development plans, conducting marketing calls, and presenting the benefits of rehabilitation to potential referral sources.

What you bring:

• Licensed as a Nurse, RN, LVN/LPN, PT, OT, or RT required.
• Experience working in the medical environment promoting programs, services.
• Ability to build strong relationships in an assigned territory utilizing clinical and selling skills.
• Passionate patient advocate assisting in the referral to admission process.
• Strong clinical skill set with a mindset for business development.

Qualifications

Required Skills:
