Job summary

Ernest Health, Inc. – Phoenix Regional Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Business Development Liaison to drive growth and expand referral networks in the Phoenix area.

The role involves meeting growth goals through outreach to potential referral sources, presenting development plans, and negotiating partnerships with facilities and insurers. Ideal candidates will have healthcare marketing or sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• 1 year of healthcare marketing/sales experience.
• Current, valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Bachelor's degree in sales/marketing or related field preferred.
• Ability to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Meet growth goals for the facility through direct contact with the general public.
• Prepare a development plan, conduct calls and presentations to potential referral sources.
• Initiate and coordinate contract negotiations with other facilities, insurers and hospitals.
• Integrate the hospital’s mission and Guiding Principles into daily practice.

The hospital offers comprehensive rehabilitation programs designed to restore mobility, strength, and independence following serious medical events. Qualifications

Required Skills:

• One (1) year of healthcare marketing/sales experience
• Current, valid, and active drivers’ license, proof of automobile insurance, and clean driving record
