Job summary

Premise Health Inc. is seeking a Full-Time RN Clinic Manager in Dallas, TX to lead patient-centered care at a premier health center.

You will supervise daily clinic operations, mentor a collaborative care team, and foster meaningful relationships with employees at the client site. The role emphasizes white-glove, concierge-style healthcare, with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and no nights or major holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• RN licensure in state of practice.
• BLS/ACLS certification per contract scope; ACLS may be required.
• COHN/COHN-S or Emergency Nursing/Case Management certification preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in the medical field.
• 2–3 years of management experience.
• Experience with infection prevention standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations, staff, and workflow.
• Oversee hiring, training, onboarding and performance management.
• Allocate time to patient care and clinical expertise.
• Monitor patient flow, utilization and penetration.
• Identify process improvements and perform root cause analysis.
• Act as infection control lead and collaborate on quality initiatives.
• Communicate policies and engage with client representatives.
• Complete incident reports and assist investigations and resolutions.
• Maintain patient health records to ensure accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As a Full-Time RN Clinic Manager, you'll lead the delivery of exceptional, patient-centered care for client employees at our premier health center in Dallas, TX.

What You’ll Do

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff)
• Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed
• Monitors patient flow, patient utilization and penetration
• Identifies process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, determines root cause analysis
• Serves as infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulations
• Communicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives
• Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and complaint resolutions
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Current license as RN in state of practice
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field
• 2 - 3 years of management experience
• Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices
