Job summary

Ascension is hiring a registered nurse for the Middleburg, FL area to perform conscious sedation, hemodynamic monitoring, and care planning for procedures at Ascension St. Vincent's Clay County Hospital.

The role involves day shifts with PRN coverage and requires Florida RN licensure and a nursing diploma. Responsibilities include preparing and documenting care plans, communicating patient status to physicians during procedures, and assisting with diagnostic and interventional procedures,

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 1 month (30 days) of hire or transfer date; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed by Florida Department of Health prior to hire date or transfer date.

Responsibilities

• Perform conscious sedation and hemodynamic monitoring as necessary.
• Prepare, implement, and document plan of care.
• Communicate patient's condition to physician before, during and after procedures.
• Perform and/or facilitate diagnostic, therapeutic and interventional procedures.
• Set up and provide equipment and supplies before, during, and after procedures.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education
