Job summary

Ascension is seeking a role at Ascension St. Vincent's Clay County Hospital in Middleburg, FL for a position on the day shift with PRN coverage. The role emphasizes aseptic technique, room setup, patient transport, and strict infection control in a surgical or procedural setting.

Minimum requirements include a current BLS provider certification and one or more CCI credentials, with ALS and PALS preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent plus relevant experience or education is required.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Credentialed Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (CCI) before hire date.
• Cardiographic Tech specializing in Electrophysiology credentialed (CCI) before hire date.
• Advanced Life Support preferred.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and variation of procedures, including equipment/supplies used for performance.
• Demonstrate proper handling, preparation, and maintains asepsis.
• Anticipate and adapt to physician and case needs.
• Assist with room setup, patient transport and post-procedure clean-up.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

What minimum requirements you’ll need

• One or more of the following required:
  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Cardiographic Tech specializing in Electrophysiology credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education
