Springhill Hospice in Mobile, AL is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an RN Case Manager. You will provide patient-centered hospice care, coordinating plans with families and the interdisciplinary team to honor patient goals.

Responsibilities include assessing needs, creating care plans, administering medications, managing pain, educating families, maintaining documentation, and participating in on-call rotations.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current AL licensure.
• One year nursing experience required; 3+ years preferred.
• Experience in hospice or similar setting preferred.
• Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care.
• Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements.

As a RN Case Manager You will:
