Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical patient care, assess and plan, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality nursing services. The role supports safe patient care and efficient resource management.

Qualified candidates hold an accredited nursing degree, current RN licensure, and BLS certification; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required based on unit. We offer competitive benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Licensure/Certification: RN with current applicable state licensure.
• BLS - Certification required upon hire for all nursing positions.
• ACLS - Required within 3 months of hire for specified departments.
• CPI - Required within 3 months of hire for Bartlett Float Pool and Behavioral Health units.
• PALS - Required within 3 months of hire for Emergency Dept. staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care for assigned patients using a multi-disciplinary approach.
• Develops and updates plans of care for new admissions as needs change.
• Delivers nursing interventions aligned with the care plan and patient condition.
• Performs procedures in the specialty service area as required.
• Documents nursing care accurately in patient records and forms.
