Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Manager for Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett in Bartlett, TN. The role leads nursing and designated patient-care services, ensuring high-quality, safe care and cost-efficient operations across a hospital unit.

You will guide clinicians, manage staff, and partner with leadership to optimize patient outcomes daily. The position requires RN licensure with leadership experience; BLS, ACLS, CPI, PALS, and NRP must be obtained within specified timeframes.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Nursing experience plus 1 year of progressive management experience in a hospital
RN with current state licensure; BLS required; ACLS within 3 months; CPI within 3 months; PALS within 3 months; NRP within 3 months

Responsibilities

Coordinates and directs daily patient care operations of the unit.
Maintains performance of operational aspects of designated unit(s) with mentoring and leadership support.
Delegates tasks to personnel per legal/professional guidelines and departmental standards.
Provides leadership and serves as a resource to staff; may provide direct patient care when required.
Meets job-specific and department-specific competencies as determined by nursing leadership.
Performs related duties as required.
