Job summary

CoxHealth Branson is seeking a dedicated RN for the Nursing Float Pool in Branson, MO. The role covers flexible assignments across units with day shifts, 36 weekly hours, and a schedule from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.

Flex Nurse Duties

Flex nurse duties include assessing, planning, evaluating and implementing patient care in accordance with accepted standards of practice and organizational policy, administering medications and treatments, performing documentation and providing education to patients and families. Flex Nurses are assigned throughout the Branson Hospital and have varying schedules and unit assignments. The Flex Nurse maintains a wide array of medical care knowledge in order to care for a diverse group of patients.

Education

Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Experience

Required: one (1) year critical care or emergency room experience OR two (2) years medical/surgical experience

Skills

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Required: RN license active in the state of Missouri
