Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse in Minnesota. Required MN licensure, WI eligibility within two months, and current BLS certification. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential; one year RN experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Minnesota and Wisconsin (within two months).
• Current BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross required and maintained.
• Strongly demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
• Preferred: 1 year full-time employment as an RN.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality nursing care and comprehensive assessments to establish and evaluate a plan of care.
• Delivers teaching plans based on identified patient needs.
• Delegates nursing tasks and supervises related activities.
• Coordinates care across home, office, inpatient settings and community.
• Documents accurately and maintains patient records and charts.
