HealthPartners, Inc. is seeking a registered nurse to join our care team in a patient‑centered environment.

The role focuses on providing high‑quality nursing assessments, care planning, delegation, and education to patients and families. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold valid RN licenses in Minnesota and Wisconsin (within two months of hire), maintain BLS certification, and demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Minnesota.
• Current RN licensure in Wisconsin within two months of hire.
• Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross required and maintained. On-line BLS certification is not acceptable.
• Strongly demonstrated written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides high quality nursing assessments and plans of care.
• Delegates nursing tasks when appropriate and supervises staff.
• Creates and implements dynamic teaching plans based on patient need.
• Acts as a resource for other staff and helps coordinate care across settings.
