Job summary

UF Health in Kissimmee, FL seeks an RN to provide comprehensive nursing care for Cardiac Catheterization Lab patients. Under the director/charge, the nurse will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care tailored to cath lab patients, ensuring environment of care per Joint Commission standards, and managing pre/post-procedure nursing care.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and diagnoses and formulate care plans for Cardiac Cath Lab patients.
• Implement and evaluate the care plan based on patient needs.

Responsible for environment of care according to Joint Commission Standards. Responsible for the nursing care of the pre and post Cardiac Catherization Lab patient.
