Job summary

UF Health in Leesburg is hiring a Registered Nurse for their Cardiac Catheterization Lab. The RN will utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, assess patients, and develop and implement care plans.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree, a Florida Registered Nurse License, and certifications in BLS and ACLS. Strong English communication skills are necessary.

Overview

Under the direction of the director/charge person, the RN utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and implements and evaluates the plan of care specific to Cardiac Catherization Lab patients. Responsible for environment of care according to Joint Commission Standards. Responsible for the nursing care of the pre and post Cardiac Catherization Lab patient.

• Education: Associate's Degree
• Licensure/Certification/Registration: Florida Registered Nurse License, BLS, ACLS
