Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking a Recovery Specialist to join our Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS) team in Western Massachusetts. This role supports the daily operations, safety checks, and recovery-oriented care for individuals receiving structured substance-use treatment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA or MA credential preferred.
• Two years of sustained recovery preferred for candidates drawing upon personal recovery experience.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, observation, and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations and therapeutic milieu of CSS, maintaining a safe, recovery-oriented environment.
• Perform and document required safety checks and life signs per policy.
• Provide respectful, person-centered support to individuals during CSS stay and encourage engagement in treatment.
• Assist admissions and discharges with correct documentation and materials.
• Coordinate care with nursing, counseling, recovery-support, and program staff.
