The Staff Registered Nurse is responsible for managing and delivering patient care using the nursing process. The role may require floating to other units and participating in on-call duties. The position requires population-specific competencies and adherence to National Patient Safety Goals based on patient contact level.

Job Qualifications:
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Oklahoma or a multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) state.
• Current BLS certification upon hire or within 30 days.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Department-specific competencies will be completed during orientation.
Specialized Requirements:
• Hospice Only: Current CPR (BLS optional), CHPN preferred.
• Radiology Only: Current ACLS certification.
• Employee Health: Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• INTEGRIS Mental Health: Ability to operate a vehicle and a valid Oklahoma driver’s license.
• Emergency Department Only: PALS within 12 months, ACLS within 6 months of hire.
The Staff Registered Nurse's duties include:
The nurse reports to the manager, director, or vice president. Mental health staff must be capable of assisting with physical restraints using Behavior Management Techniques. Additional physical or respiratory requirements may apply. Follow standard precautions to minimize exposure to infections and hazards.
