The Staff Registered Nurse is responsible for managing and delivering patient care using the nursing process. This role may require floating to other units and participating in on-call duties. It requires population-specific competencies and adherence to National Patient Safety Goals based on patient contact level.

The nurse's duties include, but are not limited to:
The nurse reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president. Mental health staff must be able to assist with patient restraint using the Behavior Management Technique System.
This position may have specific physical demands and respiratory fit test requirements. Potential exposure to infections, blood, body fluids, chemicals, and electrical equipment necessitates adherence to standard precautions.

Hospice: Current CPR, CHPN preferred.
Radiology: Current ACLS required.
Employee Health: Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, proof of insurance.
INTEGRIS Mental Health: Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, vehicle operation preferred.
Emergency Department: PALS within 12 months, ACLS within 6 months of hire.
