Ascension St Elizabeth in Appleton, WI seeks a Registered Nurse to implement and monitor individualized care plans within the Anticoagulation department. You will coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams, execute clinical orders, and support smooth discharge transitions for patients.

Minimum requirements include a Diploma in Nursing or RN licensure, and BLS within 30 days of hire. This is a full-time, day-shift position with comprehensive benefits.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
