Job summary

Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, NY is seeking full‑time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join our CRNA team across multiple sites. You will deliver General and Regional anesthesia under supervision, contributing to high‑quality perioperative care for a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program (COA).
• NBCRNA certification (biannually).
• BLS and ACLS certifications (biannually).

Responsibilities

• Provide General and Regional An anesthesia services to patients under supervision of an attending anesthesiologist.
• Provide Preoperative Anesthesia Services in Preanesthesia Assessment Center in collaboration with attending anesthesiologist.
• Prepare all necessary equipment and medications for perioperative anesthetic management.

Probationary period is four (4) months for full-time employees, and six (6) months for part-time employees.

Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited Program on Nurse Anesthesia, as recognized by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA).
• Certification by the National Board of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) - certification required biannually.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certifications - certification biannually.
