Shirley Ryan AbilityLab is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing assessments and coordinate comprehensive care for patients of all ages with complex conditions.

You will perform treatments, administer prescribed medications and educate patients and families, while collaborating with the health care team to achieve better outcomes in a leading rehabilitation setting.

Competenze

• Professional nursing practice knowledge acquired through a BSN/MSN or ADN with commitment to BSN/MSN within 2 years.
• Illinois license to practice as a registered nurse; CPR certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal, non‑verbal and written form.

Mansioni

• Provide professional nursing care for patients, including specialized treatments and medications.
• Collect physiological, psychosocial and functional data to form nursing diagnoses.
• Assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
• Formulate nursing diagnoses and integrate into assessments.
• Assess patients, prioritize care, and respond to changes in condition.
• Implement the care plan and coordinate interdisciplinary treatment.
