Williamson Health in Franklin, TN, seeks qualified registered nurses to join our patient care teams across telemetry, critical care, oncology and emergency services. Candidates must meet Tennessee licensure, nursing degree, and BLS within 90 days.

This role emphasizes adaptability, teamwork, and delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a busy hospital environment with modern equipment and strong support for professional development.

Formación

• Must hold a nursing license in the State of Tennessee.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in nursing from an approved program.
• BLS within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS, PALS, and TNCC within defined timelines.
• NVCI certification within 6 months of hire.
• ACLS, NVCI and related certifications for critical care and oncology as required.
• ONS chemo/immunotherapy certification within one year of hire.
• Pediatric care experience and pediatric emergency competencies preferred.
• Emergency room experience preferred; TN or regional healthcare experience welcomed.
• Ability to work with telemetry and critical care equipment in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Deliver evidence-based nursing care across units including telemetry, critical care, oncology, and pediatric ER.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and manage IVs with attention to safety and accuracy.
• Document care, patient responses, and plan for discharge or transfer.
• Provide patient and family education to support recovery and self-management.
