Job summary

Williamson Health in Franklin, TN is seeking a Registered Nurse for the float pool on the night shift. This part-time on-site position requires an active Tennessee license, BLS, and specialized certifications aligned with telemetry, critical care, oncology, ER, and pediatric care as outlined in the job requirements.

The RN will coordinate patient care across adult and pediatric populations, perform timely assessments, and support discharge planning while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or degree earned.
• Licensed in the State of Tennessee.
• BLS within 90 days of hire.
• 3rd floor telemetry unit requires basic arrhythmia within 6 months and ACLS within 6 months.
• Float pool/float pool extended require basic arrhythmia, ACLS and NVCI within 6 months.
• Critical care requires basic arrhythmia, ACLS, NVCI and AACN/CCRN/CCP within two years.
• Oncology requires ONS chemo/immunotherapy certification within one year.
• Adult Emergency Room requires TNCC/ACLS/PALS/NVCI within 6 months; ER experience preferred.
• Pediatric categories require PALS within 6 months and NVCI within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and document patient data.
• Deliver patient teaching and coordinate discharge needs.
• Adhere to unit-specific policies and competency requirements.
