Ideal candidates have a nursing assistant background, ability to stand up to 12 hours, English communication skills, and readiness to obtain BLS and NVCI certifications.

Qualifications

• Assist with daily hygiene and ADLs.
• Communicate with patients, families, and care team.
• Transcribe medical plan of care and maintain environment.
• English communication required.
• Stand up to 12 hours; lift with assistance up to 250 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection.
• Organize assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Assist patient care and report problems/needs as directed by nurse.
• Collaborate with health care team to coordinate care.
• Transcribe medical plan of care and provide clerical support.
• Document accurately and timely.
• Maintain healing and therapeutic environment.
