The Hospitals of Providence invites experienced Registered Nurses to join our care team in El Paso. This full-time role provides direct clinical patient care, assessments, planning and implementation of nursing care per shift, with supervision of staff and alignment to CNO goals for quality and safety.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, administering medications, and fulfilling emergency and safety protocols. AHA BLS is required with ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable.

Qualificações

• Must have 1 year of RN experience for PRN status.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides high-quality, safe, cost-effective, total nursing care to all patients.
• Coordinate and integrate patient care based on the nursing process.
• Direct care according to safety standards, risk management and infection control.
• Coordinate and plan patient care within the prescribed medical regime.
• Administer medications safely and in a timely manner per hospital policy.
• Fulfill hospital incident command system responsibilities during emergencies.
• Know and adhere to hospital emergency codes and policies.

Formação académica

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing
