Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence - East Campus, part of Tenet Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver direct clinical care in a high-quality, patient-centered environment in El Paso, TX. The role involves assessment, planning, and supervising staff to ensure safe, efficient patient care per nursing processes.

Qualifications include nursing licensure and BLS certification, with ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable. A BSN is preferred; new grads are welcome to apply for day shift opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.
• Required: Licensed, certified, or registered to practice as required by law.
• AHA BLS; ACLS and/or PALS and/or NRP may be required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, safe nursing care to all patients.
• Coordinate and integrate patient care based on the nursing process.
• Direct care following safety standards, risk management, QI, and infection control.
• Administer medications safely per hospital policy.
• Fulfill HICS responsibilities during emergencies as directed.
• Know and follow hospital emergency codes and procedures.
