Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence - Trans Mountain Campus in El Paso, TX, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time day shift. You will provide direct clinical nursing care, assess, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care on a per-shift basis, and supervise staff as needed to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Required: RN with licensure, BLS, and 1 year of RN experience for PRN; ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed, certified, or registered to practice in state of practice.
• AHA BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, direct clinical nursing care to assigned patients per shift.
• Coordinate and integrate patient care using the nursing process.
• Administer medications safely and timely per hospital policy.
• Supervise staff as delegated by the unit/charge nurse.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and risk management standards.
• Respond to emergencies and follow hospital incident codes as directed.
