Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join the team at Florida State Prison in Raiford, FL. The RN provides holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice under the DON and Nursing Supervisor while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires an Associate's degree, an RN license (or ability to obtain one) and CPR certification, with a 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m. shift and rotating weekends.

• Must obtain security clearance including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our team at Florida State Prison located in Raiford, Florida.

Pay Rate: $40-46/hr

The Registered Nurse (RN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Shift: 7a-7:30p (3 shifts per week, rotating weekends)
