Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join the team at Union Correctional Institution in Raiford, FL. You will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of Registered Nurses and medical staff, working the day shift from 7am to 7:30pm with rotating weekends.

Requirements include a Florida LPN license or ability to obtain one, CPR certification, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. Corrections experience is not required.

Qualifications

• LPN license valid in Florida or ability to obtain one.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Union Correctional Institution located in Raiford, Florida.

Pay Rate: $30.50-34/hr

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

7am-7:30pm, three shifts per week; rotating weekends
