Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its team at Union Correctional Institution in Raiford, Florida. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care within the scope of practice under the direction of RNs and medical staff, addressing a range of health needs for incarcerated patients.

We are currently seeking a full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Union Correctional Institution located in Raiford, Florida.

Pay Rate: $30.50-34/hr

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

4am-4:30pm, three shifts per week; rotating weekends
