Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the team at Lowell Correctional Institution Annex in Ocala, FL. This is a full‑time night position providing holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients, under the direction of the DON and Nursing Supervisor, with collaboration across a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include an Associate's degree, RN license (or ability to obtain), and CPR certification.

• RN license or ability to obtain one required.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance, drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within the scope of practice.
• Collaborate with the DON/Nursing Supervisor and multidisciplinary team to assess and respond to patient needs.
• Work night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with rotating weekends.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with correctional healthcare policies.

We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our team at Lowell Correctional Institution located in Ocala, Florida.

Pay Rate: $41-$50/hr

The Registered Nurse (RN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

7p-7:30a; 3 shifts per week, rotating weekends
